To create a design style for local chef Jodi Adams's first fast-casual restaurant, we took our pallete from the blues of the Aegean to craft a clean, simple, and pleasant atmosphere.
For fast-casual restaurants, the design of a customer's journey through the door, through the line and register, to their tables and on their way back out into the world features as much as the choice of color, lighting, or comfortable furniture.
